【30314】火消し壺 / Copper Charcoal Extinguisher

ここに来たときは、中にまだ灰も入ったままでした。蓋を開けると、まだ香ばしく焦げたような匂いがお香のように漂ってきます。火や炭を入れて消すために使われていた壺のようです。ところどころ緑青も出て、味のある雰囲気に。凸凹していてどのように扱われていたのかと想像してしまいます。火消し壷だけあって、蓋はしっかりと締まり、酸素が入る隙間がありません。
花入れにしたら、きっととっても素敵。
これもまた、眺めて見ているだけで、なんだかワクワクします。
